This place is delicious. Food is fresh! i made my own bowl with the green goddess dressing which is to die for. The lady in the front recommended the boost smoothie and im so glad she did because it was so good! Will be back!

Be Well is one of my favorite spots in the area. Food is actually healthy and made fresh to order. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. They remember faces and names. And the outdoor seating, plants and flowers, and park across the street is perfect. Eating here makes me feel good. My faves are the green goddess salad, the black bean wrap, California wrap, and the Moroccan lentil and the cauliflower chickpea curry. Parking or pulling up for a takeout order are also both very easy since it's away from the congested business district of Rutherford.

Truly great local spot. It's easy to walk to from where we live. Delicious, fresh, and clean smoothies and juices. The Boost smoothie is the tastiest and the Havana salad are my go to! Owned by a local family who really invest in the Rutherford community.
